Returns Policy

Size exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request an exchange, email us at hello@24hrsnotenough.co.za with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to exchange
• The size you'd like instead

We'll confirm availability and send return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's cost; we cover the re-delivery of your new size.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.

Change of mind returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final except as described above.
